My daughter saw a dermatologist at Dermatology Associates of the Bay Area to have a wart removed from her neck. The doctor told us at the time that if the wart didn't come off we could return for a follow-up visit free of charge. We waited for the wart to fall of which it never did. When I called to schedule another appointment I was told we would have to pay full price again for having the same procedure that didn't work the first time. We did not return and I strongly recommend to find a different dermatologist for anyone considering this one.
