What a special healing and education center this is!! The owners work tirelessly to provide fascinating classes, and a deeply nurturing space for our lovely community and with the intention of that positive information and energy traveling out as far as possible.
I have experienced phenomenal care for several years now by Nicole "Nika" Fugo Zibelman through both pre and post natal yoga and acupuncture (she is also the owner). I have also attended many of the education classes (baby and toddler sleep, nutrition/health, embodying the feminine spirit, baby wearing group) and have been helped and empowered greatly by the teachers. Such care goes into every aspect of this place and I feel so grateful for it as a space of peace, information, and healing.
