Let me start by saying that the facility itself is wonderful. It's the manager, monthly fees and their arbitrary rules that aren't great. Last year when my grandmother passed away the manager was insensitive and cruel by trying to keep us from spending the night while we were cleaning and sorting my grandmothers house. Some of my grandmothers friends and family have experienced the same problem. Even one just this past month. Even during the wake at the club house, Pam, the manager, started commenting on the wake itself because it wasn't up to her standards. Who hassles a grieving family like this? I wish I could say this is the only instance but the list could go on. Pam's insensitive and rude behavior is still in full force and it's unfortunate for a community of people who are on a fixed income and who need more kindness than rudeness in their lives.
